Most of the houses listed on this site are owned and maintained by us, we pride ourselves on providing high quality houses, furnishings and appliances and look for tenants who want somewhere nice to live and are willing to look after it. We are so confident you can ask any of our current tenants for a reference!

We provide 32" flat screen TVs in most of the houses.

We are also offering a number of distinctive properties fully refurbished where the accomodation is to an exceptionally high standard (similar to professional lets) not usually found in student accomodation. e.g. oak or granite worktops, solid oak floors in reception areas, luxury bathrooms/en-suites. Please note references or parental guarantors are required for these properties.

All of the houses are located in prime locations within walking distance of Royal Holloway University and we are happy to accept students. A majority of rooms have double beds, all have desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Every house owned by us is equipped with a washing machine, microwave and mains linked smoke detectors. Every house has gas central heating, most have double glazing and dishwashers!

Some agents charge registration fees, contract preparation fees, reference checking fees - we do not. Always check carefully before you sign anything and look at a number of properties before deciding.

What does Available mean? Available means that to the best of our knowledge the house will be available from the date stated.

What does Reserved mean? Reserved means that a group has been offered the house but no contracts have been signed - it is quite likely that it will become available again.

What does Taken mean? Taken means that a group has agreed to take the house, contracts have been signed and a deposit taken - it is very unlikely that it will become available again.
